Over New Year, I stayed at a hotel that offered excellent value for money. I really liked the spacious, well-finished rooms - they were the biggest I've ever stayed in! The hotel's location was super convenient, too - it was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The best part? The hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast every morning - I loved the variety of food options available!
There were a couple of things that were not perfect during our stay. the hotel's check-in process was a bit confusing - we had to take a lift to an upper level floor to check in, and it would have been much easier if the lobby was located on the ground floor.

Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking. my experience exceeded my expectations.
Not one thing. The hotel provided an exceptional experience in this city.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious, making us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. the bathroom was gigantic, the biggest we've seen in a hotel. the location was great with nearby amenities and easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, which were top-notch.
Finding the hotel lobby on the upper floor was a bit daunting, and the signage was not clear, making it difficult to locate.
